Dreaming a Collective Dream of Wholeness through the Landscape of our Bodies

Our ancestors told many stories of the Aes Sídhe (the fairy folk), and other mystical beings that walked alongside us on this earth. Over time these stories have become myths and legends, that have been subdued or forgotten as we fit in with contemporary living. If we are quiet and still enough we can see that the Sí are still there in the mounds, mountains, rivers and trees.

We invite you to dare to dream a new dream of wholeness. Of reuniting ancient wisdom with modern consciousness.

Join Helena and Michelle on a magical transformative journey, as we traverse the sacred terrain held deeply within our very own bodies.

Using a collection of movement and meditative modalities, we will connect with the eternal wisdom that is held deeply within ourselves. Our bones, muscles, organs, blood: every sinew tells a story, sings its own song. This intuitive wisdom is immediately available to every woman, man and child. It’s there waiting to be heard, waiting to be listened to.

In learning to communicate intuitively with ourselves, we can learn our body’s language. We can awaken dormant energies and unlock our true potential as a sovereign human species.

10:00-11:15 – Awakening the Senses – Yoga and Somatic Movement with Andean Mysticism by Helena
Break for tea and snacks
11:30-12:45 – Soul Re-Membering with Michelle
13:00-14:00 – Lunch made by our wonderful hostess Ruth
14:00-16:30 – A walk to a Fairy Glen for Andean energy work and Shamanic practices
Return to Bear Cottage for tea break
17:00-18:00 – Reflections and Collections

Donations to Seeds of Hope Campaign

All proceeds will go to the Raida family. A family of 8 that Helena has been supporting in Rafah, Gaza. This family has been displaced 4 times – from their home in Khuza’a, to northern Gaza (near Al Shifa hospital); to Khan Younis (where they moved twice, first to a relatives home and then to a tent). After Khan Younis they moved to Rafah, as directed by the occupation forces. So far, with donations from previous events and some wonderful people, we have been able to provide them food. Our mission now is to get them to safety in Egypt.
